Hamish had some fantastic swims at the Satellites Last Chance Meet, he even seemed to be surprising himself.
His hard work and friendly manner have not gone unnoticed and we look forward to the next opportunity for racing to see how Hamish and the D3 gang have progressed!

Etta’s swimming is going from strength to strength and she has a great training ethic to match, quietly working as hard as she can every session

in the recent 6 week 20x100 jelly baby case study Toby completed all 6 weeks, all 120 x100 and was by far the most consistent trainer in the group.
